Hi, I’m Matthew, Certified ADHD coach, chartered engineer, and founder of ADHD Remapped.

Through my own experience, I know what it’s like to struggle with ADHD. I battled with my mental health for my entire working life. When I received my diagnosis in 2021 at age 39, it felt like a lightbulb moment.

Everything started making sense as I began to understand my neurodivergent mind, but the diagnosis came with its own difficulties particularly in those early stages. I know this is a similar story to so many others.

Since my diagnosis I’ve learnt that with the right information and support we can overcome our struggles and find success & happiness. That is why I became an an ADHD UK ambassador - because ADHD UK provide such valuable resources, education, workshops and coaching to the ADHD community.

I hope to connect with as many neurodivergent people as possible within this community, because I've found that I never feel more at home than when I am in a space full of my ND peers.
