Hi I'm Luke and I was diagnosed recently with combined ADHD at 37 years old.

For a long time I didnt understand what I thought differently to other people, saw things in a different way and wasn't able to just keep focus on things I wasnt very interested in.

Since being diagnosed with ADHD it has given me a great understanding of situations I've expeirenced in my life and it's allowing me to be a lot more aware of why I feel or do things.

I am proud to be an ambassador for ADHD UK because I want to be able to be someone you can talk to if you feel overwhelmed. I also want to be able to push for positive change, bringing ADHD to the forefront of peoples minds allowing them to understand what it actually is.

I am a huger sports fanatic and have found doing sports and exercise is my way of staying focussed and having a release from the non stop thought processes I have.
