Hi, I’m Kirsty. I have always been someone who has advocated and been passionate about mental wellbeing and understanding in the community. But I have also struggled with the challenges associated with ADHD; overwhelm, emotional dysregulation, exhaustion and much more. There's always been part of me that has felt like I've not fitted in. Since receiving my diagnosis for ADHD, it has finally brought the final pieces of the puzzle together, and I want to help continue to advocate for the neurodivergent and ADHD community.

Everyone wants to be accepted and understood. Everyone wants a community, and I wanted to use my challenges, struggles and my journey to positively change and shape the face of ADHD for everyone. My business, Real and Raw Wellbeing, has grown to provide a coaching and holistic spiritual space for those individuals to feel empowered, included and heard, with support and understanding.

Becoming an ADHD UK Ambassador was something that I felt was important for me to help raise funds to improve understanding and awareness in the community, and be able to use not just my passion, but my skills, coaching and personal story to help grow and improve the understanding, strategies and support for ADHD and neurodivergence in all areas of the community.

I look forward to working with ADHD UK and seeing how the face of neurodivergence support in the community can continue to grow.
