Jo Harding

Hi, I'm Jo. I am a parent of a teen with ADHD, and a therapist working with clients with an ADHD diagnosis. I don't have ADHD. I am very interested in supporting the good work of ADHD UK, as I underwent a rapid self-education about ADHD following my teen's diagnosis, and my learning continues. Having access to information and support such as ADHD UK provides is vital, and I wish to do my part to support this, providing greater awareness and information as an advocate and ambassador the cause. I am particularly interested in changes and improvements in the educational system.
