ADHD UK Ambassador

Gemma Prior

Hi! I'm Gemma. I always felt a bit 'different' and not quite fitting in. It wasn't until perimenopause hit me like a truck that I realised the connection to neurodiversity. Then became the uphill struggle to get any help or diagnosis.

I am an ADHD Ambassador because I recognise the lack of funding, lack of help and lack of awareness, and barriers that people are facing.

I want to do a little bit to help.

I also want to spread the word, that not everything to do with neurodiversity is negative; there are so many benefits, and you can still be a success story.
