Cat Regi
ADHD UK Ambassador
Cat Regi (aka Badibidu) is an artist/illustrator based in the Peak District who was diagnosed with ADHD in her 40s and has learnt that the best way to deal with her essential tremor is to shout about ‘antiperfection’ a lot to herself and others.
Cat is proud be an ambassador for ADHDUK and work towards reducing stigma and misinformation as well as improving the understanding of ADHD. As a full time artist, Cat licenses artwork to Scope, the UK charity for disability equality, has created artwork for Kings College London and other large educational institutions, and helps large organisations improve their knowledge around neurodivergence.
Cat runs a monthly antiperfection art session online for ADHDUK (see events links in menu above) and is working on an illustrated book for families who have to work a bit harder than other families to stay afloat. She also runs an antiperfection art membership for neurodivergent creatives who like variety and flexibility.
