ADHD UK AmbassadorAlice Fisher

Hi, I'm Alice, and I'm totally thrilled to be an ADHD UK Ambassador. Since my own diagnosis in November 2024, I have felt a huge sense of self-acceptance and compassion, which was sincerely lacking and driving me to burnout cyclically. As an ex-teacher, my diagnosis also helped me close the door on a career that pushed me harder than I could keep up with and, without grief for 'what could have been', transition purposefully to a patchwork career that keeps me fulfilled and grounded.

Now, in addition to dance teaching and keeping up with my growing list of hobbies, I'm a Neuroaffirming Holistic Life & Career Coach, striving to support my fellow 'Frazzled British Women' in creating an environment - at work and at home - in which their busy brains can thrive! I'm so excited to be here, and to use this platform to continue and further support for the neurodiverse community I'm building, in addition to learning more about myself!
